These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the website Miora.se

The website is operated by ASADA Commerce AB (company registration number 559544-7102), which conducts its business under the trade name Miora Home Sweden. ASADA Commerce AB is the contracting party with the customer.

2. Order

A binding agreement is entered into when you complete a purchase in the online store and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact customer service at info@miora.se.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK and include value-added tax (VAT).

Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

4. Product Types and Delivery Times

4.1 Stock Products

Dog beds are normally shipped within:

  • 2–5 business days within Sweden

If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may be produced upon order. The current delivery time is always displayed at checkout before purchase.

4.2 Made-to-Order Products (Standard Products)

Sofas and armchairs are produced after the order is placed.

The choice of color and size is limited to our regular assortment (standard range of colors and sizes).

  • Production time: 4–7 weeks
  • During high demand: +1–2 weeks
  • Delivery time thereafter:
    • 2–5 days within Sweden

These products are covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. The product may be handled to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality. A deduction for diminished value may be made if the product has been handled more than necessary.

4.3 Accessories

Accessories include sofa covers/extra covers, metal sofa legs and decorative cushions.

Accessories are produced and delivered under the same conditions as sofas and armchairs. These products are not custom-made and are covered by the right of withdrawal, provided they are returned in a resalable condition.

5. Payment

We offer payment via Klarna, Shopify Payments, debit/credit cards and PayPal.

The terms and conditions for each payment method are provided by the respective payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery is currently available only within Sweden.

Delivery may be carried out either by us or via external carriers, depending on the product's size, weight, and delivery address. Delivery normally takes place to the property boundary or ground level.

The risk for the goods transfers to the customer only once the goods have been received by the customer.

7. Transport Damage

Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and documented with photographs.

The damage must also be reported to ASADA Commerce AB via info@miora.se without delay.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clear notice by e-mail to info@miora.se. No specific withdrawal form is required.

For approved returns, the following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • The product must be returned in a resalable condition

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured entirely according to the consumer's instructions or that have been given a clear personal customization outside our regular assortment.

Refunds

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the notice of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

9. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint regarding a product for up to three (3) years in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Please contact us at info@miora.se.

10. Uncollected Parcels

For parcels that are not collected, the customer will be charged the actual costs for return shipping and actual administrative costs.

This does not constitute a penalty fee.

11. Force Majeure

ASADA Commerce AB is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or transport disruptions.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may also be settled by a general court of law.

13. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions.

The terms applicable at the time of purchase shall apply.
