Return & Refund Policy

These return and withdrawal terms apply to purchases made on the website Miora.se.

The website is operated by ASADA Commerce AB (company registration number 559544-7102), which conducts its business under the trade name Miora Home Sweden.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

The right of withdrawal also applies to products manufactured after an order is placed, provided that the product has not been made entirely according to the customer's own specifications or otherwise clearly personalized outside our standard assortment.

No specific withdrawal form is required.

2. Return Conditions

In the event of an approved return, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • The product must be returned in resalable condition
  • The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality

Responsibility during return transport

The customer is responsible for the product during return transport and for ensuring that it is properly packaged. Any damage occurring during return transport is the customer's responsibility.

3. Diminished Value and Handling Fee

If the product has been handled more than necessary, we reserve the right to make a deduction for actual diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.

Documentation upon return

We reserve the right to document the condition of returned products upon receipt, including by photographing them, for the purpose of assessing any diminished value.

4. Incomplete Returns

If a returned product is incomplete or missing parts, accessories, or original components, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the value of the missing items.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

  • are manufactured entirely according to the customer's own specifications, or
  • are clearly personalized outside our standard assortment

6. Refunds

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the notice of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
