This Delivery policy applies to the website Miora.se.

The website is operated by ASADA Commerce AB (company registration number 559544-7102), which conducts its business under the trade name Miora Home Sweden.

1. Delivery Area

Delivery is currently available only within Sweden.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the type of product and are always displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Stock Products

Dog beds are normally shipped within:

  • 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may be produced upon order. The applicable delivery time is always shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Products (Standard Products)

Sofas and armchairs are produced after the order is placed.

  • Production time: 4–7 weeks
  • During high demand: +1–2 weeks
  • Delivery time after production: 2–5 days

Accessories (such as sofa covers, extra covers, sofa legs and decorative cushions) are produced and delivered under the same conditions as sofas and armchairs.

3. Delivery Method

Delivery may be handled either by us or by external carriers, depending on the product's size, weight, and delivery address.

Delivery normally takes place to the property boundary or ground level, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs for TeddyCo sofas range from 850 SEK to 3000 SEK depending on delivery location.

Delivery costs for the Fluffy Chair, TeddyCo Chair, and TeddyCo Ottoman range from 850 SEK to 3000 SEK depending on the delivery location.

Shipping is free for the TEDDYCo Cover and Fluffy Dog Bed.

Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed. No hidden fees apply.

5. Transfer of Risk

The risk for the goods transfers to the customer only once the goods have been received by the customer, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

6. Transport Damage

If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be:

  1. Reported immediately to the carrier
  2. Documented with photographs
  3. Reported to us without delay via info@miora.se

Any transport damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt.

7. Uncollected Deliveries

For deliveries or parcels that are not collected or accepted, the customer will be charged the actual costs for return shipping and actual administrative costs.

This does not constitute a penalty fee.

8. Delays

In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.

ASADA Commerce AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transport disruptions, strikes or other force majeure events.
